2.Click The Submit A SiteMap
3. Add Site. Type in your site's address.

sitemap.
Two Kinds Of Sitemap.
1) http://www.your-site-address.com/atom.xml
2) http://www.your-site-address.com/rss.xml
Your sitemap is the atom feed. In the sitemap tab, you can see
1. "Add a sitemap".
2. Click it.
3. Type your address and place http://www.your-site-address.com/atom.xml
4. Done!
